• What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
At Poshe, we sell only 100% raw hair. Raw hair is completely unprocessed—untouched by chemicals, steam, or heat—and comes directly from one donor. This purity gives it greater longevity, allowing you to enjoy your hair for much longer. In contrast, virgin hair is often a mix from various donors and may even include synthetic fibers. It undergoes processing to create a uniform color, texture, and appearance.
• Can I cancel or change an order?
We aim to proceed with an order immediately to guarantee we can deliver the order as soon as possible. Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be made. This is not only limited to change of the product(s) but also the shipping address and other order details.
• Are pre-orders possible?
Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock or sold out but will be shipped out at a future date. We aim to proceed with a (pre)order immediately to guarantee we can deliver the order as soon as possible, therefore alterations and cancellations are not possible. Please note that Pre-Order shipping dates are subject to change by Poshe. Due to order volume, shipping delays and supply chain issues, shipping dates may vary frequently. We will update each item’s description and send out email alerts to reflect these changes as they occur.
• Can raw hair be bleached?
Yes, our hair can be bleached until #613.
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
• Our return policy?
We carefully inspect every order before shipping. However, you may request an exchange if the wrong order was sent to you or in the event of a defective product. Please email the customer support service team at the following email address: customer.support@poshehairextensions.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to start the exchange process. Please include pictures showing the damages and defects that need to be resolved. We can only offer an exchange if the hair remains unused and the original packaging is unopened. Nor the bundles, closures or frontals cannot have been treated (cut, flat ironed, …or have been wet (so not be shampooed, bleached, …); however not limited to the mentioned treatments. The return fee is upon the purchaser unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
• What about refused Deliveries?
Refusing delivery does not qualify as a return. Any refused deliveries will incur a restocking fee, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. By purchasing from the website, the customer accepts and agrees to accept the Return and Exchange Policy.
